Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence.

• 30-day returns on most items. Parts must be in the condition you received them, with any anti-static packaging.
• Dead on arrival: if a part doesn't work out of the box, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.

To start a return, email support@devino.ca with your order number. Items damaged by misuse or incorrect installation may not be eligible.
